Nope… Makis ! Not really the desert I was expecting but this was absolutely excellent, excellent.

Nope, an excellent macha tea we had in Sokcho (no crab after-taste, fortunately). It’s kind of a green tea latte, texture is a little bit like soil, not too sweet but not bitter, a never-ending pleasure. 

And that, hanged to the ceiling: flowers drying?Image

Nope. Fishes drying.
According to Véronique, a friend of mine who experienced them in Sri Lanka, it tastes like “a mix of rotten camembert and smoked old old fish”… I didn’t try this one.
