I think this picture, above, tells everything about the city.
Those are not even cyclopousse, as there are not bicycle, just arms, like two centuries ago. The City Government has forbidden them from the city center more than ten years are it gives a bad image of the city (dixit the authorities).

From the railway station, you access the city center with a modern, design, iron bridge.

In the center, indeed, only colonial buildings.

But when you move only five kilometers from the epicenter, it tells another story.
